Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 2-5 business days for processing before shipment, unless otherwise noted.

We ship within areas permitted by law for our products.

Shipping Policy- Meat Products (Beef, Pork, Chicken, Duck)

Meat products are shipped frozen and carefully packaged to maintain quality.

We try to ship meat early in the week to avoid weekend delays.

Once an order has shipped are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Important:

If a package is delayed but arrives cold to the touch or partially frozen, it is considered safe per USDA guidelines and is not eligible for a refund.

Body Care Products (Tallow Lotion, Soap, Hair Care Products)

Non-perishable items are shipped year round.

During warm weather, tallow-based products may soften or melt in transit. This does not affect the quality or safety and is not grounds for a refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund.
