Refund Policy

Orders Processing

Orders are processed in the order that they are received. Please allow 2-5 days for processing before shipment, unless otherwise noted (such as bulk orders, custom orders, or seasonal demand, or 2 day shipping orders)

We ship only within areas permitted by law for our products.

Refund and Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products:

Meat Sales:

All Meat sales are final

We do not accept returns or exchanges on meat products via shipping.

If your order arrives spoiled due to shipping damage (warm, leaking, or with an off odor upon arrival) you must:

1. Notify us with 24 hours of delivery

2. Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

Approved claims may receive a refund or store credit at our discretion.

Body Care Products

​

For unused, unopened body care products, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, minus shipping costs.

Products must be returned in original condition

Custom or clearance items are final sale.

We do not issue refunds for products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

​

Allergy & Sensitivities

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients lists prior to purchase. We strongly recommend patch testing body care products. Reactions due to allergies or sensitives are not eligible for refunds.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment only. Once order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
